Matthew Wilson is an experienced Advanced Care Paramedic and the founder of SedationStaffing. With over 20 years in emergency medical services, Matthew has served in 911 Ambulance and ER settings, specializing in IV initiation, patient assessment, and sedation medication delivery.

Matthew has completed the accredited Sedation Assistant course mandated by the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta (CDSA). He is known for his engaging presentations on emergency response, sedation techniques, and clinic safety, making him a sought-after speaker at various healthcare events.
